Young Fresh Different Miami is a group exhibition emerging from an open call by Zilberman Miami in collaboration with Fountainhead Arts for artists under the age of 35 based in Florida. The Selection Committee, comprising Independent Curator and Untitled Art Fair Artistic Director Omar Lopez-Chahoud, artist Omar Barquet, collector and Fountainhead’s Board Vice President Teresa Enriquez, and Zilberman gallerists Nazli Yayla and Gladys Garrote, carefully selected 15 artists from over 100 submissions. These artists reflect Florida's rich diversity and multiculturalism, with their works primarily exploring themes of personal and collective identity, cultural heritage, and self-exploration. The exhibition predominantly features painting but also includes installation, video art, sculpture, and conceptual art, showcasing a wide range of artistic approaches within the region's emerging art scene.
